Group Project – Week 3
This week was fantastic. We finished the group project completely. The link to our website is: www.hrd1100.webs.com. It actually turned out really great. We tried to make the website really organized so that students could easily navigate around it. Abby, Steve, and I communicated via e-mail and phone this week so that we could finish up the project on time. Due to our difficult schedules, we were not able to meet in person. Fortunately, we communicate really well and were able to finish up the project in a timely manner.
Overall I felt the project went very, very well. I learned a lot about organization and planning. It was great to work with a group that cares a lot about the quality of work we were doing. We all made sure to consider one another’s opinions on the project so that we could create the best possible work, together. Overall, I was really happy with the way the project turned out!

Group Project – Week 2
This week went pretty well for our group project. I have been communicating with Steve and Abby through e-mail and text messages. There was not a whole lot to talk about this week, as we were all pretty cramped for time. We spent most of the week researching the best host for our website. We are pretty close to making a final decision on which we are going to use.
We are still working together really well. We seem to communicate with each other very efficiently. I am guessing that next week will be a lot busier with this group project, since we will have to crack down on finishing up the website. It helps a lot that we have already mapped out the layout of the new website. The biggest barrier that we are all running into is lack of time.

Week 1 Group 2 Project Update
This week was a great week for our group project. We got tons of stuff done. We were able to answer all of our preliminary analysis questions. We completely finished and submitted our questions with our 2 flowcharts, along with our weekly progress report. The biggest problem was the fact that Blackboard kept crashing! It was horrible. It kept kicking us off of Blackboard, and everytime I opened up the HRD1100 course website, popups would pop up on the screen. It was so frustrating and irritating.
Our goal for next week is to have half of our website done. We will definitely get our entire group project done with plenty of time to spare. It was really easy to work with Abby and Steve because we all clicked really well. I am definitely glad I ended up in this group because we all work really hard. Overall, this week went great, with the exception of a few confusing things popping up along the way.
